Many of us have never seen a birth and especially not attended one. The process can seem very foreign to many first time parents. Attending a childbirth education class can give you a solid foundation for your experience. During your 5 week or full day Childbirth Education class we will explore your birthing options here in Knoxville, TN. We will make a pregnancy plan that fits the birth experience you are looking for, we will practice labor and birthing positions, and so much more. Your birth partner will learn comfort measures and the practical rhythms of birth to help them feel more comfortable as your advocate. Our classes are packed with evidence based information so that you can feel confident in the choices you make. Each class in the 5 week series will last two hours with time for questions and concerns, while all day courses are 8 hours with a lunch provided. Course costs are $350.00. For an additional fee, private in-home classes are available upon request.
