Many of us have never seen a birth and especially not attended one. The process can seem very foreign to many first time parents. Attending a childbirth education class can give you a solid foundation for your experience. During our class we will explore your birthing options here in Knoxville, TN. We will give you the tools to make a plan that fits the birth experience you are looking for. We will discuss everything from the stages of labor and nutrition to newborn procedures, postpartum care, and so much more. Your birth partner will learn hands-on comfort measures and the practical rhythms of birth to help them feel more comfortable as your support and advocate. Our class is packed with evidence based information so that you can feel confident in the choices you make. Our childbirth education class is an all day Saturday class from 9am-5pm with lunch provided for you and your support person. With our class, you will also get access to the information covered in class to review at home.

Course cost total is $350.00 with $100 to register and the remaining $250 due at the time of the class.
